Somatic Wanderings: a dream memory

I dreamt I was sleeping but it was like my actual body was a shell in which another smaller version of me slept.  I was aware that I was inside my own dream.  The smaller me opened my eyes and looked around within a vast black space which seemed to be the cavern of the larger me.  I saw a glowing halo around the peripheral near my left and quickly closed my eyes.  The larger physical me that was really in my bed then woke up, but it was like I had to peel myself away from the other self.  A distinct feeling like taking off a wetsuit.
